Modelling architectural designs are becoming pretty straightforward now with software like skitchup and the alike which allow even people with minimum knowledge of 3D buildup to have acceptable results, however, this is not the case for animating your work, the process may requires some more dedicated software and planning the best scenario of desired camera movement, and then there will always be a lot of time spent for just refining your overall animation. Another major factor is the HARDware that you could put your hands on, although some render farms could make life easier for some this is not always the case.
Have anyone got any interest or has entered this field?

For anyone you can post all 3D walkthroughs of projects that you think is unique, professional and worth noting. And if someone is actually working on such projects he can share his works with us.

Yes this is one of my works, initially it was made for a Chinese client, but we didn't finalize the agreement so I decided to post a simple version of it.

The project as I received the blueprints of it had a very close schedule to the time of the contract, nevertheless, I had no more contacts with them.

Hmm...., how could a newer post be positioned as #1, I think it must have happened while I was correcting a typo in the first post, this should not occur anyways, seems a bug to me or something...
