Tower 1 is 12 Floors...Tower 2 is 16 Floors...Tower 3 Will be much taller..probably around 25 floors or maybe even more.
I wonder if the Shell on the right hand side is Tower 3 under construction.

They should have completed all of them around the same time
It'll bring down the luxury appeal of the other two towers when it is rising.

This is a good development. I guess Durban is the Gold Coast(Australia) of South Africa.
I like it....I like the height..I like the Architecture. It's good, I like the way the buildings enclose each other and the way it cascades into the beach. I'll go ahead and say this is the best high rise development in Africa (Recent/Ongoing)

don't get foold the photo actually we are very wet it rains a lot in Sudan and when it rains it rains hard but the sun the is very strong thats why it look dry plus we have the Nile River
