In the UK forum we usually include "Prep" towers in the U/C section.

Foundation/piling has always been u/c to me since it means proper construction of a part of the structure. The thing is that they often dig a big hole before starting foundation/piling.

yeah i am also often confused, we need to get things cleared up and then start treating all buildings the same no matter where they are and stuff.

Pilling means U/C, because the piles are part of the tower.
