Wave Infratech today performed the Bhoomi Pujan and Paath for its new project – Wave City Center at Sector 32 and 25(A), Noida.

Envisioned to be an attraction du jour, Wave City Center is a futuristic project by Wave Infratech, one of India's leading real estate developer. Ideally located in the heart of Noida, this commercial development will be first-of-its-kind in India, spread over sprawling 152 acres, in Sector 25(A) and Sector 32, Noida.

Wave City Center will be a unique combination of swanky fully-furnished offices, hotels, retail spaces, shopping, dining and world-class entertainment options to provide an unmatched experience.

Commenting on the occasion of the Bhoomi Pujan and Paath, Mr. Manpreet Singh Chadha, Director, Wave Inc said, “We are very excited about the launch of new project – Wave City Center in the heart of Noida. The development of Wave City Centre will involve approx. 4 crore sq. ft. of built-up area. The project will provide 90 Lakh sq. ft. of Serviced Apartments and 90 lakh sq. ft. of Residential facility apart from ample premium office space, range of 5-star and 4-star hotels and parking spaces for 43,000+ cars.

2015 deadline for City Centre project

NOIDA: Six months after the Noida Authority sealed the multicrore City Centre deal, Wave Inc, the private developer of the project laid the foundation stone of the project on Wednesday, thus launching it officially. The official spokesperson of Wave Inc said the first phase of the project will be complete by 2015.

The City Centre project, spread across sectors 25A and 32 is touted as one of the largest multi-purpose commercial hubs in the NCR and will house offices, banks, hotels, retail spaces, shopping, dining and world-class entertainment options as well as service apartments among other things. A parking area to accommodate over 40,000 cars will also be developed within the premises.

Wave Inc will now develop the land commercially and then sell off plots. The Authority will earn revenue of around Rs 8,000 crore from the project.

I can't wait for the wave city centre to come up. The renders look so posh. Noida is undoubtedly becoming the sexiest town of NCR. Other than this, the expressway with all the upcoming five star hotels and the F1. Noida has a lot of potential!! and i bet my money on it!

Looks like Noida is going to get it's first supertall situated near Noida city centre metro station and the whole is spread over 152 acres..!

^That's a fake website and just a marketing gimmick by some realtor. If a 100 floor tower was coming up then there would have been some mention of it during the bhoomi pujan last month. Of course, I'd love to be proven wrong.

But bhai...when you look at the payment structure section in the we site......take a close look at PLC section....there's a PLC till 38th floor....

dude the pic you have posted of the layout .in it the plot 3k is marked for iconic building see in the bottom right of the layout

Yes, I saw that. But there's nothing to indicate that it is under construction or will have 100 floors, if that's what you're hinting at.
