Old age home turns rooms to student dorms

Ra'anana: In a new initiative 100 vacant rooms inside an active old age home will be rented out to students as dorms.
The rooms will be 27 square meters and rented out to one student each.

Its not that.
More have to do with the safety of the old people. The young people will be loud and most of them are up with music until the wee hours of the morning. This would be difficult for many of the seniors.

This is a dumb idea... I dont like it.

And also, a lot of the students may be druggies and may sneak into the pharmacy room and grab some funky pills for saba.....

Is the old age home have been evacuated?
I can't think of old people and students living side by side.
Old people go to sleep at 20:00, the students just start their party at that hour.

No they probably have a whole different wing that was still empty.
