It would seem that it's at the back of the Makati police station, at the back of PSBank. The big clue here is the 3 towers of the columns..

Another tacky design c/o SM. They have all the funds in this world to develop a truly iconic tall building landmark but can't seem to make one.
All their condo developments are generic and unimpressive but still, its something to be proud about, nonetheless. |

I would prefer this than Jazz.. Anyway, AlphaLand and Lerato would be having commercial establishments right in front. Location is far better!
