The country’s preeminent modernist architectural firm, Recio+Casas, designed 8 Forbes Town Road. Megaworld is targeting turnover in December 2013.

Units at 8 Forbes Town Road start at P4.4 million for a 44-square meter 1-bedroom affair, P10M for a 99.2-sq.m. 2-bedroom home, and P17.5M for a 144.5-sq.m. 3-bedroom residence.
