Hehe mas mura ang cement than glass. Plus they need to pay additional fee for re-design ng building. Knowing citiland isang building design lng re-use it 10 times =))

Makati rin and Ortigas area. Actually, there are more Cityland buildings in Makati than anywhere else.

mas mura ang glass per square foot kesa sa semento, ang semento papalitadahan,lalasonin,lalagyan ng maselya at pipinturahan mo pa
ang glass nasa 35 pesos per square foot at 1/2 inch thick
gaya ng ginawa ng CPI sa gram, nilagyan pa ng aluminum para mas muara pa
ang labor ay 30% sa actual cost

per square foot yun ha, 12 inch ang haba at 12 inch ang lapad at 1/2 inch ang kapal

halimbawa.............


16 feet (5 meters) ang lapad at 8 feet ang taas (2.5 meters) = 128 square foot(12.5 sqm)

multiply by 35 pesos = P4,480 plus P1,344(30% labor cost) = P 5,824.00

gagawa ka na full glass exterior house at ang sukat ay 32 feet by 32 feet or 10 meters by 10 meters

1,024 square foot yun multiply by 35 =P 35,840 plus P10,752 ang labor or P46,592

mura ang glass, nagmamahal lang yan dahil niloloko kayo ng mga glass supplier at glass maker, ginagawa nila 100-130 pesos per square foot ang labor charge at may dekivery charge pa yun at installation fee na free rew
