MANILA | The Magnolia Residences | 38 fl x 2 | 36 fl x 2 | Com

http://02e1b73.netsolhost.com/land/magnolia/index.html

The Magnolia Town Square is the first master-planned, mixed-use high-rise residential and commercial complex in New Manila. Within it is the Magnolia Residences, a two-hectare residential area to be comprised of our four condominium towers. Aside from its easy access to school and hospitals, the project's proximity to the LRT II lines makes travelling to different parts of the metropolis a breeze

The picture of the under construction is the construction of the residential building and not the Mall.

MANILA, Philippines - Gokongwei-led property developer Robinsons Land Corp. will open today its 32nd shopping mall in the country, located at the former site of the Magnolia ice cream house.

The brand new four-story Robinsons Magnolia retail complex has a gross floor area of 108,000 square meters with a leasable area of 42,000 sqm. It forms part of a master-planned self-contained community that will give rise to four residential towers.

Situated along Aurora Blvd. corner Dona M. Hemady Ave., Robinsons Magnolia is RLC’s third shopping mall in Quezon City and its eighth in Metro Manila.

“We promise to bring a brand new shopping experience in Robinsons Magnolia which will house several top brands and retailers and restaurant and food formats, “ said Arlene G. Magtibay, RLC general manager for the commercial centers division.

The anchor tenants of the new mall are Robinsons Department Store, Robinsons Supermarket, True Value, and Robinsons Appliances.

The amenities include four cinemas (including a 3D cinema), a food court and parking slots for over 1,000 cars.

The residential component of the project will occupy two hectares of the total five-hectare property. RLC has commissioned ASYA Design Partner to design the high-rise residential buildings.

RLC is beefing up its retail portfolio that will expand the group’s total mall leasable area to a little over one million square meters in two years.

The group is building seven new shopping malls and expanding three of its existing malls in 2012-2013 to capitalize on strong consumer spending and a growing business process outsourcing industry. Of the seven, three will be built this year while the other four will rise in 2013.

RLC recently completed two mall expansion projects in Tacloban and Bacolod.

Together with the two expansion projects, RLC’s total gross leasable area is seen to reach 911,000 sqm at end-September this year. In 2013, RLC will add another 100,000 sqm to bring the total GLA to 1.01 million sqm.

Wow! Now this is what you call a good living. Integrating a commercial hub in the community is truly a wise decision. It will greatly help consumers/ residents.

This development surprised me. The fact I used to go to Magnolia for ice cream especially when I was a kid.

And it's good it will have such one in this development.
