Update
Sri Avani is rising fast.
 In 2 months it went from 4 floors to 9 floors.

Update 09.08.2012
Sri Avani is looking sleek, tall & simply awesome. The tallest building of Ballygunge area is currently 24 levels high, will top out within a month. Last year same time, the foundation work was just being completed. So, technically speaking, the entire shell structure of 26 floors (+ 2 basement) is coming up within a year. This is sheer excellence for the developers.

Since most buyers choose the construction linked payment scheme and this being a sold out very expensive project, a high speed of construction ensures a good revenue generation for the group in a short span of time.
