Comparing the Lotus complex that i took snaps of a few days back and the renders on the right, doesn't it look like the building is taking shape of the renders in foreground?

Yes savz thats the correct render of lotus complex and great find again

The website says 32 storied twin resi towers but in the render it is 40 floors !!

Actually the first render in this thread is for the smallest building in the above picture with four buildings. Anyone noticed that?. Look how small that building is compared to the U/C twins.

Honestly wsnt my fav till i actually saw renders of tall twins within... but now it has pulled my interest

only the lotus buildin wsnt looking good..
