Cylindrical Porsche Design Tower Contains Personal Car Garage in Every Unit

Quote:
Sunny Isles Beach in South Florida is already a magnet for wealthy real estate investors from around the world, but now, the one-of-a-kind Porsche Design Tower has significantly raised the bar and set a new standard for luxurious living. In this 57-storey tower by Dezer Properties, car fanatics won't have to leave their prized possession in a common parking garage. Instead, each unit comes equipped with its own elevator and personal sky garage, allowing residents to safely drive their cars to a glass-walled showcase adjacent to their living room.

Oh my good, the cut-out on the back side is such a pointless feature!

Also looks like three large units per floor though it almost looks like six.
So will there be no parking for the units with no glass in-unit garage?

This.

So what it is is that the levels with cars have a lot of carports, some you will see have no window into the unit they are near, that is for the units above or below with no glass garage.

To follow up on Miami High Rise's question:

For those of us who have only seen the units in floor plans and renderings I don't think we can fully grasp how amazing it would be lo live in this tower, the ultimate man cave.

This thing turned out to be super ugly. It looks like something straight out 1989. Its an all-around mess.
