Cost : 5 Billion Iraqi Dinars Area : 5 Dnms Construction started : 2009 facilities: - 5 grounds for basketball, volleyball, handball and tennis. - Theater with capacity of 200 people - Indoor Stadium, capacity : 5,000 - fusible grounds, as well as special grounds for ladies. - public library
