Never - lol. It snows a few inches a few times a year. Every 4-5 years it doesn't snow at all. Every 8-10 years it snows close to a foot in one fell swoop, like it did this year in January - 9 inches fell, virtually shutting down the city because it does not snow enough to maintain a large fleet of road clearance vehicles. It also all turned to ice (ice storm afterward).
Last year it snowed on Christmas day, too, so we actually had a white Christmas! We do get all 4 Seasons here, but true winter is only ~3 months, spring is 3 months, fall is 2 months, and summer is 4 months, so it's a pretty even spread.Quote:
Thanks - That's 191 Peachtree, the 4th tallest building in the city designed by Phillip Johnson & John Burgee. The duo also designed the the 3rd tallest building in Atlanta seen at the far left of the very first photo. It was their first collaboration in Atlanta and has remained one of the city's most prominent icons since 1987 with owners IBM, Sumitomo, and Hines all paying TOP Dollar to own it.
