KOTA KINABALU | The Peak Vista | 28 fl | 18 fl | Completed

The Peak Vista, a luxury condominium project by SBC Corporation, pledges to present its residents with one of the most breathtaking views in the world. Overlooking the South China Sea on one side, Likas Bay on one, and another towards the city of Kota Kinabalu and its rolling hills including Mount Kinabalu, the Peak Vista will be tallest condominium in Kota Kinabalu after completion. Basically, there is no other condominium in Kota Kinabalu that can offer similar views as the Peak Vista, being it located at the northern parts of Signal Hill.

This development is part of the Signal Hill Collection, which will be recognized as the city's most exclusive residential area; similar to "The Peak" in Hong Kong.

The Peak Vista is actually a complex that consists of three parts, namely:

1. Deluxe Block/ Peak Vista Bayu [1]/ Block B (18-storey)
2. Premium Block/ Peak Vista Awana [2]/ Block A (28-storey)
3. Swimming pool + car park + public facilities building (3-storey)

Both condominium blocks are of luxurious standards, and has large, spacious balconies and windows to maximize the enjoyment of the surrounding views.
Meanwhile, each unit is provided two parking bays.

Each block has four penthouse units, one located on each of the four corners of the block. Each unit is two stories high, while the privileged owners of this penthouse units will gain access to the rooftop of their respective part of the block. There, a stunning view over the city awaits and there are also jacuzzis.

The development is visible from various parts of the city. Throughout the area of Likas, it dominates the skyline and there is no way for anyone to miss it. Going up north, it is still visible for a few kilometres. The Premium Block can be spotted from ground level from as far as 6.5 kilometres away. From the south, it can be seen from neighbourhoods such as Luyang and Lintas.

It can be reached from the beautiful and scenic Tun Fuad Stephen Road, then turning into a small street called Signal Hill Park Road before going uphill on Lorong Puncak (Peak Lane). Security guards work round the clock to ensure that residents have peace of mind while living atop Signal Hill.

Of course, the Peak Vista comes with facilities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, BBQ area, covered carpark, meeting rooms, changing rooms, childrens' playground, landscaped garden, multipurpose hall, squash court, tennis court and CCTV monitoring.

This project is envisioned to become the most exclusive residential enclave in Kota Kinabalu. And the developer also aims to make the area similar to ‘The Peak’ in Hong Kong. All residences are completed except The Peak Soho which was just launched.

Only 12 out of 148 (exclude 4 penthouses not for sale) with average price of Rm 650 psf, this project has achieved 82% of sale target.
