Construction in front of IFC Hongkong
Am not sure what project this is, but from the IFC Hongkong you get a nice view into the construction site:

This is the reclamation in Central. IIRC it was supposed to be mixed-use with a rail station or transport facility of some kind, but I can't be certain.
