Sorry, I'm not too familiar with NCR projects... is this development going to stick out like a (tall) sore thumb amongst low and mid-rises, or are there other projects with equally tall/dense structures nearby? Judging from the renders and google earth maps, looks like there is plenty of room to grow.

Many highrise projects are underway near this project/site but none of them will even breach 200m mark

We dont push projects into International Threads unless they're in Site Prep stage w/ pictures to prove it! Getting Approved doesn't mean it will start construction.

Darn, well that's somewhat disappointing. There are so many skyscraper/supertall developments in NCR. It's a pity they're clustered more together.

I think the NCR would really explode with highrise towers if there could be even one 400 or 500 metre tower. The moot point is, can the city's infrastructure cope with it?

Wow, I hope/wish Supertech does complete this project successfully ...they have launched these skyscrapers but does not carry a good reputation in market....its a make or break projects for them ( North Eye & SuperNova)

Naah this project is not hanging in the Air....I am just talking about the reputation of the company in charge....They have not undertaken a project of this magnitude yet...

@ India Tower...as I said earlier that project is still on....and will go ahead soon...
