Holy SHIT!!!!...If only Supertech pull this off as it is, then we have a new champion in North India for building a supertall.

Since MOD is saying they don't experience in this field, hope they would hire a well reputed contruction company like Samsung or L&T, while L&T needs experience to amplify its reach. If L&T does it, we have one more reason to be proud about.

Hope this paves the for a whole series of high rise buildings of 300,400 or 500 metre metre towers to stop the expansion of Delhi which is currently relentlessly consuming land around it.

There's a reason why structural consultants and construction advisors are also hired for skyscraper projects. Civil companies in any case undertake massive recruiting to bring in engineers and experts before a project starts.

IU....Actually Abhishek is right....I too don't think B.L.Kashyap is that good...they have done several low rise projects but a skyscraper....that's why I was little unsure from start...anyways I just hope they pull this off....

They've got many highrise projects under their belt - Uppal's Plumeria in Greater Noida, Central Park in Gurgaon to name a few. You like visiting Select City Walk and PVR Anupam, right? Guess who built those. Let's not forget that this is a publicly listed company as well.

From an experience standpoint, there are no valid concerns here. Civil engineers switch jobs and get poached all the time by different companies. The contractor here would do the same - nothing out of the ordinary.

Also in retrospect, India's current tallest tower (Palais Royale) is being built by SEW constructions. What was their tallest building before they got the contract? Some four storey bus station in Mizoram.

Supertech launches premium residences in Supernova project

Supertech has launched Spira Residences at its Supernova project located in Sector 94, Noida. The residences would occupy 13 floors of the 300 metre high mixed development project. Spira residences would start from the fifth floor and go up to the 17th floor. The apartments range from 3,200 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft and would come fully furnished with all premium appointments and would be Vaastu compliant. The apartments are priced between Rs 5 crore to Rs 7 crore.

Supertech and Maserati hosted a launch party in Delhi

There's nothing better than a night of comedy and music and Delhiites got a chance to enjoy this combination at a launch party hosted by Supertech and Maserati.

Real estate major, Supertech, and Maserati, the Italian luxury sports car manufacturer, came together to celebrate the launch of Spira residences in Noida. "The project defines luxury and is set at a prime location. The elevators used in the buildings are advanced enough to take you from floor 1 to 80 in a short span of one minute," said a proud RK Arora, the CMD of Supertech who was accompanied by Mohit Arora, director, Supertech.

The evening saw comedians Amit Tandon and Papa CJ take to the mike and their jokes sent the crowd into fits of laughter while pianist Svetlana provided some soothing music. Also present were officials from Maserati who couldn't help but laugh when Papa CJ cracked a few jokes on why Indians were superior to the rest of the world. The crowd was egging him on to more bawdy jokes, a rare occurrence when it comes to Delhi comic gigs, but Papa CJ kept the show clean and yet completely hilarious.

Looks like they had fun launching it.
