According to the latest super regions megaprojects list (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=439335), the extension of this expressway will be worked on from 2007-2010. I hope this pushes through

uhmm.. I think it is currently in progress.. I think that at the Bacoor end of the Coastal, they have already reclaimed land for the expressway extension...

Wow, I hope this finishes on time as well. So many projects that are going for a 2010 deadline! This is so wonderful.

I remember an address delivered by Governor Ayong Maliksi. In that address, he said that the Provincial Government targets to finish Phase 1 of the extension by the end of this year. It would seem improbable, but it is still possible if construction wouldn't halt.

ang dami ngang projects, sana matapos nila toh by 2010. Naalala ko tuloy dito yung highway from the new HK airport papunta dun sa Kowloon na may 2 bridge na mahaba at may katabing MTR! ganda sana nun pag na-extend na din yung LRT1!

if they use ang uniwide as a station. then i don't think it'll be much of an eyesore.

For one thing uniwide could use it, it could resurface as a premier lrt -hub and transportation hub. If such happens, this could potentially fill out at least half of the malls available spaces.

Unfortunately, LRT won't pass by Coastal Road/Roxas Blvd.
