RSH&P have responded to submissions on C4 and the building has been redesigned somewhat. I must say that what was a solid submission (but nothing particularly exciting) has been turned into something sexy, curvaceous and pretty stunning!! I love it!!

I still like the use of colour - blue/yellow/green and that the lifts/piping has been cleaned up somewhat on the northern face.

International Tower 1 (IT1, previously known as C3 - the tallest tower at 217m) is expected to have leasing deals finalised in the next 12 months. Another of the 'Big 4' auditors - PricewaterhouseCoopers - is thought to be close to signing whilst Google has also shown interest.

Basement works are underway at the moment for the construction of the shared carpark beneath the three towers.

No problem, apologies for previous incorrect format.

Under the current proposal, this building will become the tenth tallest tower in Sydney (to the top of the architectural feature and including 115 Bathurst Street which is still in the planning phase).

There is a possibility that a 50m spire will be added to the top of the LMR, possibly extending the height to 256m, making it the second tallest building in Sydney (to the top of the spire and again including 115 Bathurst Street which has a maximum permissible height of 260m). Factoring in existing projects in other Australian cities, C3 could become the sixth tallest building in Australia (to tip of spire).
