Most people would balk at the price tag: RM1,000 per sq ft on average, for a partially furnished apartment. Yes this is Sri Hartamas but properties asking for RM1,000 per sq ft in Mont Kiara are few and far between nowadays.

Verve Suites demands that price but its units are fully furnished. Icon Residence checks in at over RM1,000 per sq ft too. Otherwise, the latest projects in Mont Kiara are asking more accommodating prices. YNH’s Kiara 163 SOHO units are previewing at RM700 to 800 per sq ft while the upcoming SunKiara condominium is priced at RM500 to RM600 per sq ft, for example.
