Anyone know who the developer is?
Hopefully another PDG/shciavello/EF collaboration so it has a 100% chance of getting of the ground... those guys really know what they're doing |

Wow, incredible.
This area of the city will be amazing if everything gets up - the tetris tower on the opposite corner, stork, MY80 plus others! Can't wait to see the area in 10 years time.

This is why sometimes it's actually better to get an average- 'it will do' sort of design rather than a mindblowing one like this....
Because its torture waiting to see if it will be approved and then built etc, its taking too damn long!!! I want it built in a day, from today! Its like seeing a sexy women, and knowing she will be yours one day, but you need to wait 8 years or so before you can touch her haha. Well, maybe not but you know what I mean. |

The height of this tower has been increased to 63 levels and 192 metres (it actually had 57 levels previously).
The setbacks from the eastern and southern boundaries had to be increased so they made up for that by adding another 6 levels :-)
