![]() There's a concrete batching plant at the back (circled in black) so maybe the first phase of the development will take place on the back (south) side?

Nope, that's their 'One Indiabulls' project- the commercial component of that mill land. Just like how Jupiter mills has the One Indiabulls centre, this one will have one as well. Given the price at which Indiabulls acquired that land, the commercial towers should be nothing less than 35 floors.
They launched the website for it 3 days ago: http://www.indiabulls.com/realestate...rli/index.html Just like the webpages of other projects, this one has nothing to offer. The map showing their landbank is a bit exaggerated. This dude's LinkedIn profile says that he worked on the towers while working at Hafeez Contractor, so the architect is confirmed. |

Looking forward to seeing the two 270m commercial towers. Would have been better if there was someone to fill them.

IL&FS buys 9% in Indiabulls’s Mumbai project for Rs 200 crore MUMBAI: Infrastructure financing major IL&FS is investing Rs 200 crore in a project by Indiabulls Real Estate that is coming up in the upmarket Worli area in the city. IL&FS is buying 9.4% in Indiabulls Infraestate, a subsidiary of Indiabulls Real Estate, which is developing the project on the 8.3-acre prime land that was earlier Bharat Mills compound, valuing the company at about Rs 2,150 crore. In August 2010, Indiabulls had purchased the land through an e-auction for Rs 1,580 crore from NTC, which was a record price in the city at that time. With the 12-acre Indu Mills compound now handed over for building an Ambedkar Memorial, the Bharat Mills plot is the largest land piece currently available and being developed in south and central Mumbai. The Indiabulls Infraestate project will be a combination of commercial and residential developments, and is planned to be completed in about seven-eight years, sources said. Work on the mill land has already started and the first tower is expected to be ready by 2015. Speaking about the deal, Vipul Bansal, CEO, Indiabulls Real Estate, said that with a credible partner like IL&FS in the project, the company intends to create a property which will change the Mumbai skyline. IS THIS ARTICLE REFERRING TO IB BLUE??? |
