These towers will be totally dominated by its neighbor palaise royale but at least we will get to see a good skyline in worli after few years.

Why does Indiabulls have a problem with releasing renders? They give the site plan, but no renders

I am skeptical of when they will finish it, after seeing the fate of other indiabulls projects.Hope it gets completed on time.

Just today I got the email ad message below about BLU (from Indiabulls-Securities sent to its trading account clients):

This project has four towers, two residential and two commercial. Look at one of the earlier posts of this thread for additional details about all four towers.
For now they seems to have launched only two towers (residential both?). They may plan to launch/build the commercial portion later. ++++++++++++++++ BTW, any one knows how much is BLU priced by the company? 25k/30k/35k per sqft??? And how does it compare to other projects nearby? |
