These towers will be totally dominated by its neighbor palaise royale but at least we will get to see a good skyline in worli after few years.

Why does Indiabulls have a problem with releasing renders? They give the site plan, but no renders

I am skeptical of when they will finish it, after seeing the fate of other indiabulls projects.Hope it gets completed on time.

Their other projects in LowerParel got struck because they were trying to build 7.1 million-sq-ft on 20-acre sites (3.3+0.5 commercial, 3.3 residential) across Jupiter and Elphinstone mill lands.

This project plans to build only about 2.3 msft over a 10.78 acres land(across Bharat and Poddar mill lands). So, most likely this one should sail smoothly and we might even see hand-overs in 3-4 years time. This project does not use public-parking FSI policy, which bogged down their earlier projects.

it is quoted at 45000 rs per sq ft build up, which includes a 60 pct loading (so carpet = 1/1.6 less). on top, there is a premium location charge of 2-6000 rs and a floor rise of 200 rs per floor starting from the ground.
