Super work happening on this project.Just saw it at night and there are all cranes.A large slum part in this part of city is gone.
Another huge cluster goin under redevelopement is on WEH at andheri exactly where the Jog flyover ends.

In eastern suburbs along EEH ahead of suman nagar flyover, another cluster of slums have been redeveloped

^ Very nice

Just to add to CG's post, even though slum rehab is a tricky subject, there has been a lot of traction in it lately. All the new notable towers in SoBo - Minerva, Oasis, Omkar's Worli project have received extra FSI for essentially being slum rehab developments. This is a big slap on those developers who've paid big bucks to acquire defunct mills, only to face inconsistent development policies and get stuck in obtaining approvals. Bellissimo is essentially the only tower from the 2005 NTC mill auction that has fructified while all others are stuck for various reasons. Kohinoor is the other one that managed to wiggle out of the mess, only to be truncated by the AAI.

^Yep, but they always leave out Sobo, why can't they just make the entire city on one date.

satellite progression and avoidance of night capture primarily i think... satellites cant take a snapshot pic of a large swathe of land - its actually very narrow - it takes multiple passes - as well as filtering passes to filter out cloudy days , for example

Omkar has uploaded a new presentation for Alta Monte. Check it out here. I'll add the renders to the first post. Here's a site pic from it:
