A series of photos showing progress of this project.

11 Floors in all, bus terminal/stop on the ground floor, 2nd to 7th as parking and 8th to 11th floor for office/BPO.

Open na ata yung terminal and parking pero yung office on-going pa rin and some finishing activities.

parang sinaksak lang siya sa bakanteng lote in front of Megamall. But this is a development - commercial/bpo - that will somehow balance the residential component construction in ortigas. like!

kakadaan ko lang kahapon, mga 45 parking lots per floor, bali sa 7 stories around 315 parking slots lahat, yung BPO next year na daw mag oopen, balita ko VXI at Teleperformance yung mag oocupy or isa lang sa dalawa, yun daw kasi ang nakapag reserve kaagad sa SM

Oo next year na yung office nito, on-going installation glass curtain wall, may mga sasakyan na nga ang parking at open na rin bus stop.

Medyo nakaharang at mas mataas pa sya, parang 1/5 ang natakpan sa harap ng buong megamall along EDSA.

bay, you seem to be all over the metro. how do you do that? i suspect makatiprime, primer and wesunsled (and others) are all under your employ, specifically to gather info on all recent projects. and they give you daily report. aminin... lol

medyo masagwa tignan. one of the biggest malls in the world tapos ung facade eh dambuhalang parking building. even if may offices padiyan people will still notice first the carparklike structure first.

though, it is understandable need talga ng parking and expasion ng megamall. well, do with what you have, as they say.

Kaya nga, wala na kasing area sa likod for expansion, kondi ay sa harap lang talaga. Lalo na pag nagsimula na yung highrise sa may parking area sa harap ng Mega B.

Actually between sya ng toy kingdom at foodcourt, ngayon ay activity center na sya yung dating bowling lane.

No. The Toy Kingdom now was the Bowling before, while the Activity Center now used to be the Ice Skating Rink.
