I think he wanted to know what street rather than what avenue as his question says.

I suppose 451 must be at a specific spot, but without checking I wouldn't know either.

Thank you. I'm still not used to calling out places by their address name. It's much easier just to include both street names :P
For example. What's easier?
"I live on 340 w 28st."
"I live on 28st and 8ave."

I agree. I like saying both streets if it's on the end or a block. Obviously if it's mid-block it's not easier to say the 2 avenues.

That cladding is horrible. If you're gonna make it brick, at least put some detail. Look at the old building next to it, it would've been a much better building with pre-war style cladding. If that's too much money they should've went with an all-glass cladding.
