U prodajni centar u Zadru SPAR ulaže 15 milijuna eura

Hrvatsko tržište od polovice ove godine bit će bogatije za još jedan inozemni trgovački lanac. Austrijska tvrtka SPAR, preko SPAR Hrvatska, u lipnju ove godine otvara svoj prvi Interspar prodajni centar, i to u Zadru.

Riječ je o investiciji čija vrijednost iznosi 15 milijuna eura. Prodajni centar imat će površinu 9000 četvornih metara i zadarskom području otvara mogućnost zapošljavanja na 150 novih radnih mjesta, izvijestili su jučer iz tvrtke SPAR Hrvatska.

U okviru prodajnog centra najviše prostora, čak 4000 četvornih metara, odnosi se na hipermarket Interspar, koji će postati najveći trgovački prostor s asortimanom (ne)prehrambenih artikala na širem zadarskom području.

Osim hipermarketa, u sklopu prodajnog centra Zadranima će na usluzi stajati brojni drugi sadržaji poput bistroa, drogerije, prodavaonica obuće i tekstila, te frizer, pošta i mjenjačnica. Kupcima će na raspolaganju biti i 400 parkirališnih mjesta, od kojih više od pola u podzemnoj garaži.

SPAR je za lokaciju svog prvog hipermarketa odabrao upravo Zadar zbog njegova vrlo dinamičnog razvoja tijekom posljednjih nekoliko godina, ali i velikih razvojnih potencijala, kažu u SPAR Hrvatska.

Plan kompanije je kroz nekoliko sljedećih godina otvoriti hipermarkete u svim većim gradovima Republike Hrvatske. Već tijekom 2006. godine bit će otvorena dva takva trgovačka centra, najavljuju, ali još nisu pripravni otkriti točne destinacije spomenutih investicija.

SPAR Austrija dio je velike grupe samostalnih tvrtki koje posluju u 34 zemlje na pet kontinenata. Na više od 15.000 prodajnih destinacija u 2003. godini ostvaren je promet od 26,8 milijardi eura. Austrijski SPAR s razgranatom mrežom hipermarketa već je prisutan na tržištima sjeverne Italije, Slovenije, Mađarske i Češke. Zapošljava oko 50.000 radnika i godišnje ostvaruje konsolidirani promet veći od sedam milijardi eura.

The interesting thing was that the Serbs almost had Zadar on a number of occasions. Firstly, the city was almost abandoned but the Serbs were frightened to enter Zadar from the northern suburbs because of the highrise apartments. They thought the Croats were inside waiting for them.

Secondly there was that tank column that came in from the north east to which the Croats ambushed preventing them from taking the city. I dont know if its there still, but I have a pic still of the burnt out tank that stopped a line of them from entering the suburbs.

It was a terrible scenario for everyone especially for those that defended the city like many of my relatives too. My uncle was one that died defending Zadar.

In the end when the Serbs couldnt take the city they made everyone pay by constant bombardment to which many people lost their lives. Even when the ceasefire was over they kept bombing Zadar until the "Maslenica" action forced them away from the city fringe and further.

I'm glad all the war damage has been repaired now.

Mick - The new Maslenica Bridge forms part of the local road network to the north of Zadar. Its independant of the larger motorway bridge which is nearby.

You really think that we wanted to take Zadar but we coludn't??
We didn't take it beacuse there were much Serbs there living.How come we took then those parts where we Serbs lived until Milosevic told us to retreat.And don't make me laugh with that we libereted ourselfs.You coludn't liberate yourselfs for a thousand years for a godsake until we liberated you in 1918...

Slažem se, bubach, mi smo luđi što uopće prihvaćamo ikakvu raspravu na tu temu s ispranim mozgovima. Problem je jedino što takvih kao Boki imaš koliko hoćeš na ovom forumu i koji koriste svaku priliku da seru po našoj zemlji. To su oni isti ljudi koji su nas napali prije 14 godina, točno možeš prepoznati istu retoriku kojom su se tada služili i kojom se i danas služe. Uz dužno poštovanje prema pojedincima, čini se da se Srbija u cjelini nije puno promijenila od 1991, samo je izgubila moć Milošević je u zatvoru, ali malih Miloševića ima koliko hoćeš na sve strane.

Rekonstrukcijom Biogradske ceste Zadar zaokružuje rješavanje prometne infrastrukture
U kolovozu se počinje graditi zadarska obilaznica

ZADAR - Gradonačelnik Zadra Živko Kolega jučer je svečano pustio u promet 660 metara dugu i više od devet milijuna kuna vrijednu dionicu Biogradske ceste. Riječ je o prvom spoju na buduću industrijsku luku Gaženicu, ali i prometnici od velike važnosti za taj dio Zadra gdje se do obnove stalno zbog loše izvedene prometnice stvarao prometni čep.

Tijekom rekonstrukcije prometnice podignuta je i razina mosta preko potoka Ričine na tri i pol metra. Najavljena je i rekonstrukcija preostalog dijela dionice, a trebala bi biti završena do kraja godine.

Ž. Kolega istaknuo je kako je jučer otvorena prometnica Zadranima bitna i zbog uređenja kolektora, odnosno biopročistača, ugrađenog na tome dijelu koji će zadarsku kanalizaciju i otpadne vode ispustiti kilometar i pol od obale.

Podsjetimo, nedavno je završena i prometnica D-8 od Zadra do Bibinja pa je Zadar spojio četverotračnim prometnicama sjeverni i istočni ulaz u grad. Ipak, što se tiče uređenja zadarske prometne infrastrukture, uskoro će uslijediti možda i najvažniji projekt. Potkraj kolovoza trebala bi se početi graditi spojna cesta od čvorišta autoceste Zadar 2 do luke Gaženice pa će Zadar postati prvi grad s izravnim spojem na autocestu u Dalmaciji.

Naime, riječ je o prometnici s četiri traka, odnosno brzoj cesti koja će imati sve karakteristike autoceste osim zaustavnog traka, a posve će je sa 450 milijuna kuna financirati država. Jer, cesta je izravni spoj na buduću industrijsku luku Gaženicu u kojoj se za nekoliko godina očekuje više od tisuću radnih mjesta i koja je zbog toga, ali i očekivanog tereta i ostalih značajki, luka od iznimne državne važnosti.

No. They are building a new basketball / sports arena because Zadar is basketball crazy and they also have an excellent team. The complex can also be used for other events like concerts because the arena located in Jazine is small and also old.

The new swimming complex is long overdue. It will be indoor and outdoor. There are no olympic standard pools in Zadar that I can remember so the city is building one. Coastal city everyone hits the beach but it now provides a swimming complex all year round.
