maybe the next project you can do is copy/pasting your 3WTC model into another file and recreating the stump using a simple roof. I'd copy the roof style of the temporary PATH entrance, or the top of 2WTC. I would assume that the two stories worth of core will be weatherproofed the same way as at tower 2. A simple system of anchoring vertical metal C or U channels to the concrete and attaching dense foam board and then galvanized and corrugated metal panels as the last layer. It would give a decent idea of what we'll likely see there. I was planning on doing so myself, but I need to tend to other things.

^Nice idea, I propose you a collaboration between both of us. PM me if you're interested. But before any type of co-work first I need to finish what I've already started, the hub is a really time consuming project, more than any of the nearby towers, every single component isn't placed at the same axis and all architectural elements are different from each other, thank God I'm not modeling any of the real shit, the steel in this project is too damn complicated, I would say more than any project of this scale on the world.

A nightmare to manipulate the rendering in order to match it with the real life material, but here it is. The rendering wasn't at the exact same angle as the camera shot, which forced me to distort the visual a bit, you can notice it if you look carefully.
