That reminds me their building a huge ass stadium in Commune Annexe Kalebuka thats suppose to be larger than Stade de Martyrs, it starts in July the name suppose to be "Stade Kabila" think but not sure, anyway they start soon.

Bigger than Martyrs' 80,000 seats? That would be one gigantic stadium if truly happens.... Why in Katebuka though, ....Where Lupopo stadium is would be better location for that....bcause every commune will have easy access to the stadium since downtown is in the center of Lubumbashi. ....do you know if the 3 stadiums in Likes, Kamina, Kalemie are already under construction?

Football is a big business... Just look how much is investment is made in other countries...even the USA is pouring lots money in the Football bcause they see it economic benefits... Did you know DRC teams spend more money on transportation than any African country (perhaps only SA spends more).
Its big business for transportation, Hotels and retail , TV industries. Not just games for fun. |

But it doesn't say anything about stadium construction but more of centre de formation.

Ah oui, le combat Ali – Foreman était vraiment l’événement du siècle en RDC (Zaïre). Belles images qui rappellent beaucoup de souvenirs.
