Is that the existing car park site?

2 from 2 Silver. I like. Here's hoping that The Falls looks as good as this one and 450 Elizabeth.

Looks like they have extended timothy lane to lonsdale street like I hoped they would. What a great outcome.

Love the facade. Looks like a decent development.

Very striking! Love the contrasting façade treatments and juxtapositioning of elements.

It's busy - anything which is off centre from the grid gets my tick of approval.

AHHH SILVERMB, I remember your "Melbourne projects" threads back in the day - 9-10 years between drinks.

Thanks Silver for all the renders.
This one has really grown on me tonight. I love the podium (right side) which I see as kind of 70's. Also loving the cross walks onto what looks like cantilevered platforms.
I also think that the tower being skewed will add a lot more variety to the skyline just as Commonwealth Bank Bourke St does.
Looking forward to more renders. I wonder what sort of mixed use this is?

The big white blank wall on the side looks horrible, but the rest looks nice.

the only render of worth is the one in the opening post, remainder are short on detail.

replaces current cobb & co carpark

2 sub levels of tenancy carpark, ground retail, 11L commercial carpark/11L office facing lonsdale (how that works with floor-ceiling heights i dont know), plant & restaurant, 10L resi, plant & gym, 22L resi, plant

east view. precast carpark podium. remainder is glass and galvanised/stainless steel metal sheet cladding, plans show no precast above podium

probably looking like this clad off another spowers project

west view is glass with precast elemants through the floorplate

timothy lane going through to lt lonsdale. carpark clad is ribboned metal

good balance of uses. carpark operator should be easy, not too much by way of office space to lease and a fair chunk of apartments

Personally I think this is sexy as all get out. Particularly east view and laneway activation, which is how most of us will engage with it.
Replaces a total sh*t box, also. If I had three thumbs they would all be up for this.

I like it.
The lower half reminds me of Sydney for some reason
Great location too.

I'm finding those renders very confusing, it's like each one is an entirely different building.
