Forget the rectanglish facade. for a residential building, it looks sleek enough.

yeah, its been topped out for a while. I always wondered what this pretty tall skinny building was. Its got a while coat on it now but I dont think the cladding work has started yet.
Definitely premium apartments for the rich.

Man!! just look at that cladding on 2nd floor. Once done, It will easily be the best looking skyscraper in Calcutta

Haha I love the name! ....I actually live about a minute away from the real Bel Air in Los Angeles....sandwiched between Beverly Hills... I can tell you, Bel Air doesn't have such tall skyscrapers....cool building tho.

This is and Tata centre are two of my favourite skyscrapers in kolkata. The buildings looks much taller because of the low height of the surrounding buildings.

the location is quite odd

Alipore is a quiet suburb meant for the supremely rich with their bungalows
Quite an odd place for a skyscrpaer of this height to come up

Excellent - the building as well as the photo. It certainly looks better than the render. Thanks to the photographer and Suncity.
