We may finally find out what the plans for the collar site(Super Casino site) and the Etihad Campus area.

Details of Airport City will be made public.

More details of the remaining Noma proposal will be released, including Fish Dock.

MIPIM will be another anti-climax.

The design for the new arts centre at First Street will be revealed.

Mediacity will continue growing.

Got a feeling there will be more hotels and office blocks starting/going up than we think. Lots of leases are up next year and there will be demand for new grade A office space. Once again Manchester will lead the way in office take up outside London.

Manchester will domnate the PL.

He is. The man was revived, it is believed after he was accidentially lodged in the Gentlemens at Debdale Park's boating lake after becoming far too engrossed in a dusty copy of Le Corbussier daring manifesto for Man and the Eccles Market.

He emerged like John Barleycorn in the open, tripped and then fell headways into the lake.

And all that was remaining was a Long Ripple.
