This is an upcoming beach resort situated at the North Coast, Mombasa. The project is yet to begin early next month. It consists of 70 apartments of 1bedroom, 2bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, Duplexes and Maisonette, are going for very reasonable prices.

Thanx guyz, our coastal strip 'Copacobana' is coming up nice, if only we could revamp some of Msa's Old-Town dilapidated structures and build an efficient highway(road) all the way to Lamu via Kilifi and Malindi!(Just Wow).

I can bet the North coast will become the new face of Mombasa with a focus on the area around links road. We might eventually get to see a new skyline there.

If only they could replicate a thika highway from Msa north to Malindi through the port of Lamu.
Once skyscraper apartment buildings and hotels start lining up said highway, will see a drastic change in mombasa and groups like MRC will stop existing...coasto needs to be revamped in a major way. It will become the carribean get a way in Africa.

Their is lots of that in Tsavo East & West not to mention the 'new' phenomenon of marine parks coming up.. conservation is very important but so are jobs and general advancement.

Man Marine Parks i hope they are developed into big attractions because the ocean wildlife off coast is just amazing especially when you swim with dolphins. I thought Kenya had marine parks.... Also another untapped potential is whale watching off the coast of kenya and extreme fishing with would bring in the tourist dollars

This is a great project...could anyone tell me who the architects for this are...we would be interested to feature it in the construction review magazine....Good job
