Yes, you're right Traiano, in fact my next post would be about these two important cafè, but about Fiorio I didn't find good pictures !
However I will look to find some of them and research their history!

Caffè al Bicerin
Coffee, chocolate, milk and syrup, all served with the most wonderful paraphernalia that has become an institution: the “bicerin”, a mouth-watering tradition in Turin, first saw the light in this café, a favourite of the patriot Silvio Pellico and the composer Giacomo Puccini, who lived just nearby, as well as the philosopher Nietzsche, the minister Cavour, the poet Gozzano, the writers Calvino and Soldati, and the revue queen Wanda Osiris. Original both inside and out, it still has the quintessential look of the traditional cioccolaterie of nineteenth-century Turin.
The Caffè Al Bicerin has been serving the drink in Torino's Piazza della Consolata since the 18th century, and some authorities believe that the drink was invented there. Others believe that it originated around 1704 in the Caffè Fiorio which still stands on what is now Via Po.
In 2001 bicerin was recognized as a “traditional Piedmontese product” in the official bulletin of the Piedmont region.

Caffè Fiorio
Founded in 1780 it became a fashionable meeting place for the artistic, intellectual and political classes of the capital of the Kingdom of Sardinia. Frequented by such as Urbano Rattazzi, Massimo D'Azeglio, Giovanni Prati, Camillo Benso Conte di Cavour (who founded the Whist Club here), Giacinto Provana di Collegno and Cesare Balbo, it became known as "the café of the Machiavellis and of the pigtails.

I add that the hot chocolate of Fiorio is the best in the world!

Porphyry cubes are often called "sanpietrini" (litterally: little saint peter) by people. Maybe because they was used often in the public spaces of Rome.
I love these type of solution too but I think women with high heels could prefer something else
