Himara duhej te ngelej/behet fshat turistik me shtepia te vogla, te bukura (dicka si puna e Beratit apo Gjirokastres ) dhe do te behej diqka perndryshe qysh ja paskan fillu

Shumica Kryebashkiakeve ne Shqiperi kane vjedhur me lejet e ndertimit dhe kane shperdoruar pushtetin per perfitime personale. Prap nuk e shfajeson Bollanon kjo per shperdorim dhe keqmenagjim detyre. Keqperdorimet e qyteteve tjera nuk mund te mirren si justifikim per shkaterrimin edhe te Himares apo shfajesim te Bollanos.

Nuk perpiqem te shfajesoj asgje. Une thash qe per zhvillimin e qyteteve shqiptare fajin kryesor duhet ta kerkojme te vetevetja, te mentaliteti i eger shqiptar.
