Are you sure this project is going to be more than 100 meter?

That means that this condominium has to have a floor to floor hight of more than 4.5 meter, i think this is unlikely.

None yet sir. We still have to sell tower 2 up to certain percentage. As of now the tower 2 is around 60% sold

I recently paid a reservation fee of Php50,000 for combined studios in Viceroy (2 bedroom). However, my agent is requiring me to hand over 36 PDCs while the contract to sell is delayed. Is it really the usual megaworld transaction to hand over the 36 PDCs first before the contract to sell.

Is there any way to have it "kaliwaan" style? In such, I will only hand over the PDCs when the contract to sell is already available.
