Dude i don't want argue with you, may be you don't know our history which is ok. But we are in the region one of the most population in iran 30 000 000 and in Azerbaijan 9 200 000. I am not counting Kars (Turkey) and Borchali (Georgia).
This number almost the same Argentine people.

We used to have big area in the region but yearly we lost it.

and about unimportant i dont really care but i hope you know about Ali Khammenei.. Please Read about him and us then talk about unimportant. thank you.

I'll admit I'm not an expert on the region but I never claimed Argentina was globally important either, also Azerbaijan and Iran are still different countries, us here are one.

the design of the tower is still not final, it had no architect. this island is such a huge project that the tower won't start within the next years too. i am sure the final design will look much different.

and the height seems to stay, that could mean that they got a new design, why else would they dramatically change the floor count unless they have an idea about the buiding itself. i at least hope they will release a real render soon

I think that render is for 838m Azerbaijan Tower
they are almost done redesigning many buildings in the Khazar Islands
plus they added few large islands and they should soon release the new renders on their page

let's hope so, they also released images of surrounding towers that could reach supertall height any news on final designs on them and whether or not we can expect more supertalls?

yep there will be few buildings with 80 to 100 floors around Azerbaijan Tower
at the height between 300m to 500m

wow, I didn't realise there might be other buildings around the 500m mark I think I'm the only one who actually likes the current design as well hahah, can't wait now for the up-to-date renders of the surrounding buildings!

a 100 floor tower will look very small against the 250 floor monster

i like the design too, but it is just not from an actual architect and i am just waiting to see a realistic approach from people who know what they are doing
