another rendering from the whole project with islands etc. from a German website (http://www.spiegel.de/reise/aktuell/...811228,00.html)
the article says construction shall start in 2013 and will take 5-6 years. But I would not trust in the proposal before at least some excavation work is visible

three years is unrealistic to finish this project and i also think the more they push the height upwards the more unrealistic gets the project, but i like to see how this is going in the future and what will happen with it, who knows maybe some crazy company is crazy enough to really built this monster. Or maybe this will get its height reduced and still be an amazing project to keep an eye on. who knows, its unrealistic, but its worth to watch over

Maybe the end of the world is coming and someone wants to make sth amazing before?
Or maybe 3 yrs to finish the project means... 3 yrs to finish just the project, not construction?

The renders look so shitty - like if someone tried to improve his render skills and someone saw the picture and took it serious and now everyone thinks it will be U/C someday.
