they both are inter connected, without the revolution, no war would of happened, also, if it wasnt for iran's and iraq's stupid leaders, the war could of been 2 years long, but khomeinii decided to go and conquer karbala..., and neither side decided to compensate

The revolution.
It ended over 2000 years of monarchy and ripped Iran to pieces (and it still has to recover). |

sixty years ago, upon the invitation of the Russian Red Cross, Princess Ashraf Pahlavi, twin sister of the Shah of Iran, went to see Stalin in order to demand the retrieval of Soviet invading forces from Iran. The princess entered the Kremlin where she pleaded with great passion for the liberation of Iran, her motherland. Impressed by her courage, Stalin became all smiles. He said loudly to his rather stern entourage: "Now here is a brave and true patriot." Pravda, June 28, 1946. |

i really wont call it revolution, revolution means to re- evolve
ours was "redestruction" the amount of destruction, physically and culturally (nemiduni, mardom bi farhang shodan badjur, rude, noisy, angry cheating and careless animals we have turned into) is just uncountable |
