I really like the trend in China for Art Deco style towers. It's an international style that's still historic and vernacular, and the designs convey a lot more opulence than modern towers. The windows on this tower are well done, they have a rhythm that prevents a monotonous appearance. The spire will still make or break it though.

This "beauty" seems to be topped out. Really nice i like the difference compared to the overwhelming commonly blueish color facades in China.

i saw a lot of these colored buildings in china actually, they are just all residential and therefor tend to be a bit from the glassy CBDs, and also far are under 200m usually, so that we do not see threads for them.

232 is a bad joke. I found a source for 181,8m. So the name of the building 1818 Center suddenly make sense. Even with the spire it's never such high as gaoloumi claims.
