315 Madison Ave model
Also called Heckscher Building; former address 40 East 42nd Street.
![]() It's pretty small, and not so easy to build. Any suggestions or improvements are very welcome. Thanks for the positive comments on the models. I appreciate them. - MrKen |

Just realized there's an extra tab on two of the tower pieces! I will fix eventually. [fixed!]

I'm sorry it's taking so long! I'm having trouble making the bottom floors. It is deceptively complicated.

120 Park Ave. - ex. Philip Morris hq.
Have fun. You will need an x-acto knife or razor blade to cut out the areas marked with red dots. To be printed at 90% to match the "Rei ruler".

This is amazing. Looks really great. I can't wait to see it build. Looks difficult to build with all those tiny things to cut out. I'm going to build it together with your 315 Madison avenue tomorrow.

You are right. It's not easy to build. There is probably a better way to do it to get the same effect. Let me know what you think. [I don't really like the building very much, so I don't know why I bothered to make it so complicated.]

WOW, very complicated model, love all the buildings in this block. Are you gonna make that little building near Lincoln Building to end this block?

Thanks for your interest, guys.
My surprise is not the Library Hotel (Alex--that's the building you're talking about, too), but it is a hotel. |
