Fantastic design but it won't be one of the top ten tallest apartment towers in the world by the time it is built.

yup anyone visiting Singapore should visit the showroom at Collyer Quay, which is just adjacent to the site.

It has thousand over units, right? May I know the land size? It looks kind of small in the picture. Do you think it's proportion to the no. of units?

If you guys are wondering, the configuration of the towers was actually "forced" into those corners because a subway line runs diagonally right beneath the site.As for some of the site's tech details, check out this old press release just before the site was put up for sale: http://www.ura.gov.sg/pr/text/pr02-10.html Site Area: 9,090.0 (m2)

There have been 35 posts already and so far the reviews are all VERY VERY GOOD. Its rare that a Singapore skyscraper receives all good ratings so far in the thread without a single negative one. There should be a poll for this. Someone add it please...and add ''The Sail @ Marina Bay (70 Floors/245m/2007), Singapore'' or something like that. Thanks. You could merge the earlier threads of this and create a duplicate of the new thread in each of the corresponding sections too.

well a stunning building deserves to have a thread all to its own! heck some other projects overseas can have threads repeated like many times

One tower would be called Central Park Tower, because it would face a park tentatively called Central Linear Park.
The taller tower is called Marina Bay Tower.

Can someone please merge all the threads of this project in all International sections and then duplicate ONE copy each of this newly merged thread in all the corresponding international sections? We need some consolidation of information and pictures here.
And rename the thread appropriately too. |
