What are the 20 biggest office buildings in Thailand?

I've been searching for the top 20 biggest office building in Thailand but couldn't find it.
May anybody have some suggestion please?

For the biggest office building, I mean in term of gross area not the height.. e.g. Empire Tower is the biggest office with gross area of 150,000 sq.m.

I just WONDER why you guys have raised this issue at the first place.
BTW, take at look at CRC Tower (63,000 sq. m.) - MThai Tower (30,000 sq. m.) - Capital Tower (30,000 sq. m.) - Even though Empire Tower has 300000 sq. m. space but the lettable space is 150000 sq. m.
