Nice! My first guess on height was it would be between Alpha and HCT. And to not use the extg podium and cores would be stupid!

I thought the existing cores were knackered though. Didn't they assess them and cuz they weren't topped off, water's crept in which leads to concrete cancer. Besides this, someone said there'd been some issues with the quality of the concrete.

Planning docs won't be released till April-June maybe even later.

We're all guesstimating but it's clearly over 100m.

That's new, it behind Peat House where the horrible shinny 1980's building is that ignores the back of pavement line.

Spread is correct IMO. These renders are not Peat House but a replacement for the building next door that are/where the offices of KPMG on Cornwall Street.

I see where you have me confused. (I meant isn't that Peat House as in the tower is adjoining it) Which means it's one we haven't seen yet?

The redeveloped Peat House is my favourite mid-rise in the city.

I was doing some research on a specific business park when I took fancy to some of their other projects and then low and behold there was a scheme for Birmingham.

An interesting thought why is this called Snow Hill, are KPMG lined up for the new building and thus the old one is up for redevelopment? Wouldn't be the first time. Brindley Place purchased the old BT office on Broad Street and turned them into a hotel so that they would move into a new office building? All pure guess work though
