It's still uncertain how the redevellopment would be like.
But, new concept plan is available at http://www18.ocn.ne.jp/~nishi/MyPage/menu0.html


You can see Opera City Tower (234m) on the right and Shinjuku Park Tower (235m) on the left.

If the project should be completed in 2010 there is no much time.

They have just 4 years to build the first tokyo landmark.
Right now I am thinking Toyko will have 2 landmark: nishi shinjuku tower and the sumida tower....unfortunatly both are far from the real city center, chuo-ku.

As long as it's "NEW", then I have absolutely no problem with it.

I expect some modernist interiors though....

This office complex will be the highest skyscraper in Tokyo and in the whole Japan!!

a year really isnt that long
and 340m will dwarf all surrounding skyscrapers.
and about the design, i really cant tell, need a better render.
