Leeds Mixed Office/Professional Studio/Light Manufacturing Buildings

Hello there, I'm a 3rd year student currently studying Architectural Engineering at the Uni Of Leeds and have a design project to produce a mixed use building, varying from office accommodation, professional studio accommodation to workshop (light or specialised manufacturing). The building is to be constructed on the old Tetley’s Site, theoretically of course.

After searching google for some time, I'm struggling to find any urban examples of this that have already been done in Leeds let alone anywhere else. If you could link me some examples or provide some sites to look on it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
