anadolu yakasinda buyuk holdinglerin arazilerinin bulundugu, levent maslak hatti dinamiklerini tasiyan bolge kartal eczacibasi dogus gibi firmalarin buyuk arazileri var anadolu yakasinin kanyonlari istinyeparklari burada yapilabilir |

Kartal asla bir atasehir, levent,sisli,maslak olamaz.cunku sehir merkezinde degildir.sadece e-5 hattinda anadolu yakasinin bir uzantisidir bana gore.buradan sehre karayolu ile ulasmak iskencedir.
Maalesef duzensiz gelismeden nasibini almis,rant odagi olmustur.sehir merkezinde gercek kentsel donusum uygulansa,kimse donup buraya bakmaz bana gore.

London only has the City and Canary Wharf, New York has Wall Street and Downtown, Paris has La Defense, but Istanbul which is still a small financial centre has Levent, Maslak and now Atasehir.
Terrible planning, makes meetings impossible as you can never get from Atasehir to Levent more than twice a day. Edit: Oh and Gayrettepe has a few big offices. |

emvey ne yazikki sana katilmiyorum
evet sehrin merkesine uzak ama unutmamak lazimki istanbulun geri kalan turkiye ile karasal baglanti hattinda duruyor istanbul bolundugu taktirde icinden bircok buyuk sehir cikarabilecek boyutta ben gelisimi merkezilik yada uzaklik olarak degil gelisime aciklik imkanina bagliyorum buradan birlikte takip edecegiz nasil gelistigini hayirlisi olsun |

Trodoux, kartal in gelisecegi asikar,projeleri biliyoruz.metro da uzanacak herhangi lafim yok.ancak demek istedigim bir levent sisli maslak olmayacagi.umraniye ve atasehir cok daha avantajlidir.
Ote yandan, ikitelli,gunesli,beylikduzu de su an gelisim gosteriyor ancak tamamen plansizlik sonucu...musaade edilmemesi lazim bana gore.

Önce bölge bölge gökdelen dikiyorlar..tek tek.. sonra cevresi ayni boya yükselecek ve istanbul komple gökdelen olacak. Kiyilar ve tarih yerler haric. That is the future..

Dumankaya İkon'dan bile daha çok beğeniyorum bu binayı nedense.Eğer camlarda gereken kaliteyi verirlerse çok iyi olur.
