My Plans for a Skyscraper Complex in Chicago

I am just really really interested in skyscrapers (supertalls) and am fascinated by Chicago too. So, I whipped up a bit of a design of a complex in a lot in Chicago. I don't know if this lot is taken but I did it for fun.

NOTE: This is very rough, please don't be critical I'm only 12.

It includes a 15-floor podium and two skyscrapers.

Floor 1: Lobby+Mall
Floors 2-7: Mall
Floors 8-9: Cinemas
Floors 10-13: Public Leisure Center with pool
Floor 14: Storage Room
Floor 15: Mechanical equipment floor

On the roof of the podium is a grassy plaza with water fountains where the main entrances to the two towers can be accessed.

Tower 1:
Floors 1-4: Lobby
Floors 5-6: Mechanical equipment floors
Floors 7-33: Office space
Floors 34-35: Mechanical equipment floors
Floor 36: Sky Lobby+Office Space
Floors 37-72: Office space
Floors 73-74: Mechanical equipment floors
Floors 75-84: Office Space
Floor 85: Outdoor Public Observation Deck+Public Bar+Office space
Floors 86-99: Office space
Floors 100-101: Mechanical equipment floors
Floors 102-103: Restaurant
Floor 104: Indoor Observation Deck
Floor 105: Radio transmissions floor

Roof: 410m (excluding podium)
Tip: 520m (antenna)
Floors: ~100-110 (excluding podium)

Tower 2
Floors 1-4: Lobby.
Floors 5-15: Normal hotel suites
Floors 16-25: Business hotel suites
Floors 26-35: First-Class hotel suites
Floors 36-37: Sky Garden
Floors 38-39: Sky Lobby
Floors 40-43: Private Tenant (hotel and condos) Leisure Center
Floors 43-75: Condo Suites
Floors 76-85: Presidential Condo Suites
Floors 86-94: Mechanical equipment floors
Floor 95: Outdoor swimming pools and gardens

Note: Indoor atrium from floors 1 to 38.

Roof: 380m (excluding podium)
Tip: 410m (walls on roof- read down)
Floors: ~90-100 (excluding podium)

Pictures of the complex, I drew these off google maps on my computer's paint function, again, very rough.

First pic shows roof without slant, second with.

The left section is the top of Tower 1. The left picture is from the north west, and the right picture is from the south east. The red line shows the outdoor observation deck. The thin lines show where the roof would be if there wasn't a slant.
The right side section shows the top of Tower 2. The thin lines are the architectural walls around the rooftop garden and pool which add to it's view, making it's spire higher. Sort of like the GiraSole planned for New York.

I Hope you guys like my idea I am only 12 remember so don't be harsh, I know it's just simple.

Hi there! Great plan, you might want to post it here in the creative corner: http://www.skyscrapercity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=807. The urban showcase forum is for showing your photos, not designs
