board of governors do donate a little
the $200/mth sch fee can do quite alot of stuff too...
and i think the govt. does provide some $$
and there you get the $$$$$$

well.. there are about 4 construction sites in my school now..
1) Construction of new HCInternational buildings
2) A new 3 SALT(Student Activities and Leadership Training) Centre with more street soccer courts, and other stuff...
3) Science and Tech research centre
virtual reality cove
laboratories for chemical processing,
fibre optics and biotechnology (with microbiological rooms).
media art
3-D animation studios
4) emptying out the kong chian house and shifting the school admin to the building after renovations

this is real interesting.. how they managed to cough out the money to fund 4 simult. constructions at the same time :S

its getting on my nerves! argh the noise and stuff

lol... that reminds me of my school days' fund raising activities... After all those things which we have done, the later batches of girls get to enjoy the new school facilities instead... I guess I was borned in the wrong time... it happens that way from my primary school days to JC. Good thing I didn't have to do that again in university.

cos I didn't notice that... probably too tired yesterday. Also, other SG forumers seemed to be too busy posting their holiday adventure elsewhere...

In terms of copyright, you should ask your school for permission before posting it here. Always state the source of the pictures.

I see. I really don't like such compulsory fund-raising activities. It's stressful for poorer students.
